The Oakwood Municipal Court serves the City of Oakwood. The purpose of this website is to make available public records, information and forms for public use. The Court claims no responsibility for any discrepancies or exclusions that exist.
Court is in session on Thursday’s beginning at 8:30 am.
If you have a Warrant Block, you failed to pay your fines/court costs. Your case is now with the Attorney General's Office and must be paid through them. Please call 866-871-8838, allow two business days after your debt is paid in full to contact the Court for the Warrant Block Release.
Wedding Ceremonies
Judge Stitsinger performs marriage ceremonies on Thursdays. Call the Court in advance to schedule. A fee of $140.00 and your marriage license/certificate is required at the time of the ceremony.
